People have visceral reactions to color, they ‘love it’ or ‘hate it’, are calmed or invigorated by it. Utilizing color exposes moods and emotions that the viewer may not have been aware of. Color can enhance a mood or change it. Manipulating and juxtaposing color is both fun and exciting to me. Only select visions are worth turning into reality."

Writing for small businesses on VistaPrint and owning her own business have contributed to her artistic vision. Cathlyn’s background also includes; adjunct professor, web designer, web master, associate art director, and professional video operator. Her education includes a B.A. in Television Production from Rutgers, and an Associates of Applied Art in Graphic Design from Sussex County Community College, NJ.
