Driscoll announce their first double book reading & signing of their first collaborations- The Rule of Thirds and Happy Again. The book reading & signing will take place on December 11th, 4pm-6pm at the Saint Augustine Beach Art Studio & Gallery Location: 370A A1A Beach Blvd. St Augustine Beach, Florida 32080. Refreshments will be served. Come find out how these books came to life- Q&A follows the reading. Books: The Rule of Thirds is a General Audience/Young Adult book and Happy Again is a children’s book. Background: Inger Foster and Cathlyn Driscoll have known each other for 5 decades, but only recently reconnected and the friendship flourished. Both creatives, they tapped into something special when Inger asked Cathlyn to illustrate a book she’d been working on. For years, the author had a wild and perhaps impossible idea. The final part of her young adult series was to be a book about MAKING a children’s book. Finally, the book-within-a-book could become a reality! Along the journey and through the process, the book within would also end up becoming a book on its own. Now published, “The Rule of Thirds”, written by Inger Margaret Foster is the book that holds “Happy Again” inside its pages. And “Happy Again” has a life of its own, as a children’s book. Both books are beautifully illustrated by Cathlyn A. Driscoll, her first of many books that await her talents in the future.
