​Growing up, as a “Kid”, I was always interested in Art. Picking up some pen and ink, a pencil to a paint brush, I messed with art through out the years. Probably I would grow frustrated or distracted along the way where a few years could go by with out “dabbling” in the subject.
In the 90’s I had the opportunity to study Polaroid Image Art Transfer with one of the Professors at Ringling Art School in Sarasota Florida where that revived an interest in Art but this time with a camera. The study led to color enhancing those images with a mix of mediums from pastels to water colors, just about anything that transformed the image into a pleasing work of art for me. That art adventure lead to a passion that I became comfortable with that stuck up until and through today. Polaroid cameras evolved via a number of camera configurations to the use of the I Phone which I use today. Always with the preference to modify or color enhance with art mediums or today’s applications to electronically alter a picture.
Given a little more free time, though I still work in the Yachting Industry, and the artistic culture that can be found here on Anastasia Island, I have created a portfolio of Photography, some enhanced, some electronically altered and have really enjoyed finding The Art Studio as a place to present what I like to do. I hope that you enjoy some of my creations as much as I do.
